REGISTRATION WITH LINTON AZTEC FOOTBALL CLUB: 2024/25 SEASON
PART 1: Complete the online registration form
PART 2: Pay your registration fee (until payment is received the registration process won’t complete)
PART 1: REGISTRATION
Please could all parents, guardians & players complete, sign* and submit the online form to show that you agree with the clubs terms and conditions.
*the form has a signature box that you can “draw” your signature with a mouse (or finger if on a mobile device). This is sufficient for our purposes even if it doesn’t look much like your normal signature!
PART 2: PAYMENT
The registration fees for 2024/25 are as follows:
- Full registration (matchdays and training) – £195
- Training only – £120
The fee can either be paid to by bank transfer or by card. Please see the details below.
Deadline – We would ask for fees to be paid in full by the 31st July as like everyone, the members of the committee would like the summer off! If you need to the payment over a period of time, please speak to your team manager in the first instance. Until payment is made in full, the club reserve the right not to complete the registration process.

- Sort Code: 20-74-05
Important – When making payment, please include a reference in the format:
team and player surname (e.g. U10Smith)
If no reference is included then it might not be possible to match the payment to the registration.
